Work With Us!
At Play and Beyond Pty Ltd, we say "work with us" instead of "work for us" because we believe in partnership and collaboration.
Our dynamic is built on mutual support and collaboration, where each team member plays an integral role that is valued and respected
All our professionals are subcontractors, which means they have the flexibility to choose their own hours, clients, and approaches to their work (within reason, of course). They have the freedom to adapt their methods to suit each individual client’s needs. The director,Rochelle, handles all the administrative tasks, including invoicing, bookings, and more, so all you need to do is show up, do the incredible work you love, and head home.
Rochelle’s approach prioritises your family and your health above all else. She values working alongside her team as a collaborative, supportive family and is always open to new ideas and suggestions.
